1) Delivery Policy for 2Yoo Ltd

At 2Yoo, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. We have a customer service team who are on hand to deal with any issues or queries that you may have. You can find details of how to contact us within the app.

At times we do understand that things can go wrong, and that there may be a delay with your order, or you may not be around when we attempt to deliver your order to you.

If your order is going to be late, we will always keep you informed of the estimated delivery time of your order. You can track this from within the app, and we will send you notifications each time the progress of your order is updated. If we become aware of a delay in your estimated delivery time, we will work with you to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you are unexpectedly not going to be around when we are going to deliver your order, we kindly ask that you contact us and let us know, so that we can rearrange your delivery time or location. If we attempt to deliver your order and you are not there to collect it, we will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. You will be charged the full fee for your order in the event of this happening.

In order to avoid unnecessary charges, we always ask that you stay in contact with us during the delivery process to ensure your order can be delivered to you, on time and at the location you have requested.

2) Cancellation Policy for 2Yoo Ltd

You can cancel your order up to the point our partner has begun preparing your order. Within the app you will clearly see the status of your order, and if you are able to cancel your order directly through the app, you will be able to do so.

If our partner has already begun preparing your order and you wish to cancel it, you will need to get in touch with the partner directly to request a cancellation.

The cancellation will be at the sole discretion of the partner in any such cases.

2Yoo may notify you that an order has been cancelled at any time. We will not charge you where 2Yoo or one of our partners cancels and order and will immediately refund you and payments.

3) Refund/Returns Policy

From time to time things can go wrong. As a consumer you have a legal right to receive goods which are as they have been described and which are of satisfactory quality. Should you have cause for complaint, you must contact us immediately so that our partner can be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.

If our partner is not able to rectify the matter to your satisfaction, we will provide a refund or credit to your account only in respect to the unsatisfactory item in your order.

We will only refund delivery fees if your entire order is unsatisfactory and we do not have reason to believe the issue was caused after delivery of your order.

We may request photographic evidence to support your claim.

4) Other

Alcohol

2Yoo operate a "Challenge 25" policy. Challenge 25 is a retail strategy that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID if they wish to buy/collect alcohol. For more information on this policy please visit: https://www.wsta.co.uk/challenge-25 When ordering alcohol on the 2Yoo app, you confirm that you are over 18. 2Yoo reserves the right to refuse delivery to anyone who cannot provide valid photo ID or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Should delivery be refused, we reserve the right to still charge for the item and the associated charges.

Allergens

When ordering food from the 2Yoo app, our partners may use nuts or other allergens in their food. You must contact the partner directly should you suffer from any allergies to confirm your food will be prepared in accordance with your requirements. 2Yoo cannot guarantee that food delivered through the app will be free from allergens.

Payment

2Yoo accepts payments directly acting as an agent on behalf of our partners using our app. All prices on our app will include any VAT and relevant taxes. You will clearly see the cost of your order and any associated delivery charges or services charges in your basket before your checkout and confirm your order.
